The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050 combines charcoal cooking with digital temperature management in a large-capacity outdoor grill and smoker. Its GravityFed™ charcoal system, DigitalFan™ technology, and app connectivity provide multiple ways to manage cooking temperatures while preparing grilled, smoked, roasted, baked, and seared foods.

1,050 Square Inches of Cooking Space

With 1,050 square inches of total cooking area, the Gravity Series 1050 provides plenty of room for larger meals and group cooking. The spacious layout can accommodate a variety of foods across its cooking racks.

GravityFed™ Charcoal System

The integrated charcoal hopper feeds fuel toward the cooking chamber, allowing the grill to maintain a consistent heat source during extended cooking sessions. The hopper can hold up to 10 pounds of lump charcoal or 16 pounds of briquettes.

Digital Temperature Control

A digital control panel lets you set and monitor the cooking temperature. DigitalFan™ technology regulates airflow to help maintain the selected temperature during operation.

Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Connectivity

Connect the grill with the Masterbuilt app to manage cooking settings remotely. The system also supports monitoring with up to four compatible meat probes, helping you keep track of food temperatures while cooking.

Wide Cooking Temperature Range

The Gravity Series 1050 operates across a temperature range of approximately 225°F to 700°F. This range allows the grill to be configured for low-temperature smoking as well as higher-temperature grilling and searing.

Cast Iron Cooking Grates

Heavy-duty cast iron grates provide a durable cooking surface and are suited for grilling steaks, burgers, vegetables, and other foods. Fold-away warming racks add additional flexibility when preparing multiple items.
